Pastor Emily Pombo-Wilton
Pastor Emily is passionate about guiding people to know and feel the love of God in their lives, whether they are exploring spirituality for the first time, have been hurt by religious people or institutions in the past, have been church-goers their whole lives, or anything in between. She seeks to make church a space to explore, question, learn, grow, and to just “be”. Emily was born and raised in Canada. She received her Master of Theological Studies and Master of Arts in Theology from the University of Western Ontario. She received a Master of Divinity at Princeton Theological Seminary, August 2019.
Since then, Emily has been serving as Breakthrough Coordinator with the United Methodists of Greater New Jersey. In that role, Emily helps to create and implement worship resources based on best practices for church leaders. Pastor Emily began her time at Titusville United Methodist Church during COVID in 2020.
Emily’s passions in ministry include blending her background in theological study with her calling to preach and pastoral care. Emily enjoys spending time with her wife Jenn, daughter Audrey, and their cat Flower, reading, writing, cooking, and taking long walks.
